Tequila Sunrise Farm and Stables is situated on nearly 60 acres of flat pastureland surrounded, with barn facilities and amenities ideally suited for boarding, riding lessons and training. Surrounding a private lake, we are one of the newest facilities in the Charlotte metro area, located just outside of Waxhaw NC.
We provide 20 well apportioned stalls with high viability, well lighted and ventilated boarding space. Separate tack, storage, and gathering areas are close to both an indoor and outdoor ring as well as to the round pen. Enjoy riding around our semi-wooded property, flat pastures and surrounding a picturesque lake.

· Largest Lighted Outdoor Arena in Charlotte: All NEW lighted 230x120 outdoor arena with MX100 footing. Lighted 115x65 insulated indoor arena with mirrors and GGT footing. Our facility has an brand new enclosed solid-sided wooden 60 ft and 6ft tall round pen with viewing stand.
· Enjoy The Ride: 3 miles of riding trails around entire property that views our private lake.

· Maintenance and Grooming: Well maintained pastures with well-kept three wood board fencing equipped with hot wire. Small group turnout with automatic water system and all run-ins are in every pasture that are subdivided for maximum comfort, safety and easy access
-- INDIVIDUAL AMENTITES --
· Functional and Efficient: Individual locked lockers for all boarders and separate tack room. Wash bays oversized and located for ease of use. Air conditioned, all new, well lighted feed room.
· Excellent Stall Conditions: Rubberized stall mats in every stall, stall size min 12x12'. Industrial safety fans (not box fans) in ever stall with oversized induced draft fans for barn and indoor arena
· Lighting + Security: All new LED lighting in all run ins, arenas, and barns. Security gates and cameras with access to only approved guests and patrons
· People Friendly: Viewing gazebo for arena with water access, all new bathroom and picnic areas, with ample parking and trailer storage, with lounge area for all patrons and WiFi in all areas
